We specialize in landscape architecture and geospatial data processing (GIS), delivering highest quality analyses and designs through innovative thinking and advanced technologies. Our approach is always tailored to the project’s circumstances. In every project, we develop an inventory, analyse natural conditions, and develop a strategy and implementation plan.

We utilize state-of-the-art Topcon Hiper SR GNSS RTK geodetic measuring equipment and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for creating precise dendrological inventories. During this process we gather data, identify opportunities and limitations, and ensure that our designs meet our clients' needs.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

1. Dendrological inventories using GIS technology:

 

  • Comprehensive studies for inventorying existing trees and shrubs in an investment area

  • Field data collection using modern Topcon HIPER SR RTK geodetic equipment and geospatial data in .SHP format.

  • Compilation of species lists of inventoried greenery.

  • Analyses of the health condition of trees and shrubs

  • Maps with geopositioning

  • Photographic documentation

 

2. Tree management:

 

 

  • Analysis and management of impacts between existing greenery and investment projects

  • Comprehensive management of existing greenery during the construction phase in an investment area

  • Recommendations for earthwork methods in greenery protection zones to ensure optimal health conditions

  • Guidelines for maintenance works on tree stands intended for adaptation

 

 

3. Greenery designs:

 

  • Customization of spatial greenery layouts to environmental conditions, including formal and legal considerations and community expectations

  • Focus on environmental compensation in studies related to linear investments, addressing project-related losses

  • Revitalization projects for degraded, ruderal, and historic park areas

  • Implementation of greenery projects as part of large-scale infrastructure investments and area development projects
